MANGO BLAST
- I whole mango
- 1 banana
- 6-10 strawberries
- 3/4 almond or coconut milk
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon of agave
THE HULK
- 1 1/2 cup of Spinach
- 3/4 almond or coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1 table spoon of flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup of raw oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of agave
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
The recipes above can make up to 16-24 ounces. I usually drink about an 8oz glass in the morning and evening. These smoothies are great for supplementing. For examples I will add moringa powder, maca powder, and raw protein powder. Always feel free to add other fruits and veggies. Also always remember that ice is optional.
