The Smoothie Craze

Good day Ladies, I would like to share with you my two favorite smoothie recipes. Since going Vegan about a month ago. I have been going "smoothie crazy" for the mornings and evenings so I can provide my body with important supplements and nutrients that I need. It's quick, convenient, and great to have when your on the "GO" with a busy life style.

MANGO BLAST


  • I whole mango
  • 1 banana 
  • 6-10 strawberries
  • 3/4 almond or coconut milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of agave


THE HULK

  • 1 1/2 cup of Spinach
  • 3/4 almond or coconut milk
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 table spoon of flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup of raw oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of agave
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter

The recipes above can make up to 16-24 ounces. I usually drink about an 8oz glass in the morning and evening. These smoothies are great for supplementing. For examples I will add moringa powder, maca powder, and raw protein powder. Always feel free to add other fruits and veggies. Also always remember that ice is optional. Certain smoothies I prefer not to use ice. If you have any question or concerns, feel free to comment below.
