Well today I will give you all some natural remedies that can assist you with your acne troubles and you can finally say Good Bye to that annoying Acne!




Coconut Oil+Tea Tree Oil Serum

When these two oils are combined, it produces a serum that will help reduce redness in rashes and acne. The antiseptic properties will help to treat and prevent blemishes that appear on the face. Mix a few drops of tea tree oil to a spoonful of coconut oil and combine until a clear serum has formed. Spread evenly on the face before bed and wash off in the morning.

DIY Honey Lemon Mask For Your Face


Honey Lemon Mask

This all natural honey lemon mask is great for all skin types including sensitive skin. Benefits of the honey lemon mask includes, clears acne, gentle cleansing agent, dries out pimples, minimizes pore size, smooths skin, reduces redness and instantly soothes irritation, makes skin glow, relieves dryness and even flaking, hydrates skin, brightens skin, evens out skin tone, and bacteria cannot live in an environment covered in honey due to the fact honey has antiseptic qualities.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 of a real lemon or a few drops of lemon oil
  • 2 teaspoons of honey( Manuka honey has higher antibacterial properties, but regular honey is fine too.)
Directions:  Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon into a bowl, mix honey and stir until its like cough syrup. Apply to freshly cleansed face. Make sure you don't exfoliate your skin before applying. The mask will sting due to the lemon juice. Let the mask sit for about 20 minutes on your face then rinse off. You can do this in the morning or at night. Make sure you apply a great moisturizer afterwards. 


Juicing For Acne

So here are a few juicing recipes that are essential for fighting acne and that are essential for healthy glowing skin.  These fruits and vegetables are high in antioxidants. Antioxidants are good for your skin because they protect your skin from pollutants that age your skin. Antioxidants help heal and prevent acne by reducing inflammation.  Also the lime and lemon are natural astringents. 

Watercress-Lemon-Lime Juice

  • 1 Lemon 
  • 1 Lime 
  • 1 cup Watercress
  •  2-3 Green Apples


Orange-Red Pepper-Carrot
  • 1 orange
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 carrots, 1/2 lemon(peeled)

Strawberry-Blackberry- Beet juice
  • Mix 1 cup each of strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • One medium-sized beet
